About Bodyguard Bumpers
Bodyguard Bumpers is a family owned and operated business offering premium truck and jeep aftermarket accessories. From initial design concept all the way to packaging, they strive top build stylish and innovative products to protect vehicles.
Bodyguard Bumpers is owned by their founders, Kelli and Grant Mallicote, and is based in Paris, Texas.
The Project
Over the years, Bodyguard Bumpers has commissioned DeadCat to highlight various aspects of its business, from its “Made in America” Campaign and product releases to event coverage at the largest auto show in the world, the SEMA SHOW.
• Made in America – Bodyguard Bumpers started in a family-owned barn out of the need for a strong, protective bumper on a daily driver farm truck. From there, the brand has grown and is known for its quality products for work trucks, show trucks, off-road vehicles, and more. In a world where things are often outsourced to other countries, Bodyguard proudly manufactures their products from conception to reality right here in the United States of America.
• Bronco Accessories – In 2020, Ford decided to bring their classic Bronco back to life with an all-new design. With maximum off-road potential, Bodyguard was quick to the market with their new series featuring front and rear bumpers, sliders, spare-tire-delete, crowl brackets and more. The SEMA SHOW
• SEMA – The SEMA Show is held in Las Vegas, NV, annually and covers an impressive 2.2 Million sq ft at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We flew to Las Vegas for the show to capture the entire week including 22 featured vehicles sporting Bodyguard Bumper products. Our four person team produced 18+ videos with featured vehicle highlights, reels, stories and recaps with same day turn-around edits being published to various channels.
While our feet are still recovering to this day, we were proud to represent Bodyguard Bumpers at the show as their media team. You can check out some of the videos here.
